Candles

To get through times of a quarantine we must remember to heal ourselves. I’m going to focus on making candles of all different intentions. We can’t forget to take care of our needs. While he stuck in a house and not remember what makes us happy. We need to heal our mind body and soul. If that means to take a bubble bath with a face mask on, go for it! If you want to sit back outside with some chill music and a book to read, what’s stopping you? Why not have a candle to help in times of reflection to put intentions in and manifest what we desire most? If you need healing, protection, love, money, or just something to relax to, I can help!

Welcome lovelies, here I am going to start making a newsletter of what is going on. What I mean on what’s going on is literally what in this life is happening in our path. What I mean is either I will go on about what Moons are influencing our life or key things to think about for the week. 

So with that being said, let’s get right into it. First thing and maybe the only thing that needs to be talked about is the first full moon of 2020, The Wolf Moon, this Full Moon will also be a Lunar Eclipse (how exciting). Now this Full Moon will be in the sign of Cancer. This is about learning to forgive than forget. Our emotions are heightened due to being under a water sign. We focus on our family and friends during this time. With this also being the first full moon of the year, we need to focus on are we don’t letting go of the things in 2019? So the thing we definitely need to focus on is our sense of belonging. Have we manifested the things we want to happen? We need to finally decide that we need to take care of ourselves more than anything. What better way than to start off with our emotion side. If you haven’t done a new year cleanse, this is the time to sit down and write a list of things you want to leave behind. Best way is light some candles, focus and burn the list. Obviously, you want to do this out side or in a fire proof area so nothing catches on fire. If you are unable to burn the list you can also write on toilet paper and flush it down the toilet. Simple hacks I must say. New Year, new intentions! This is the year to better yourself even more. Let’s take advantage of it.

That New Years Resolution Thing

Finally it’s the time we have been waiting for. It’s the year 2020 and here we are! Are you one for making New Year’s Resolutions? Made any for this year or are you saying, ‘Who cares?’ Well, I can personally say I’m not one for making New Year’s Resolutions but this new decade we finally approach I feel this is the time I say yes, ‘LET’S DO IT!’ One thing that I started to realize that I didn’t quite approach in the year 2019 is literally self love. I mean yes I did push more into accepting myself for who I am, but never to the next level. One thing is in the dating scene, guys are intimidated by me. I never really cared to acknowledge that. I really just thought people were just saying that but honestly they were right. I am now all for conquering and intimidating guys since they are not the ones for me, but to easily eliminate the ones who can’t handle someone like me. When someone starts to realize how independent you are and how happy you are being single it is like a slap in the face to someone who wants to mold someone the way they want them and to take care of them. So with all that since I’m not trying to get too much involved with my dating life, back to self love. 

One thing I told myself is that with 2020 already here and the fact that it’s a new decade, I really need to focus on creating the life I want and need to make me happy. So instead of working on losing weight and eating better and what ever else is the main typical resolutions for the new year, I’m here to say yes those will always be standard goals I set any time of the year just not in the new year, but to really focus on me and only me. 

I am dedicating this New Years start with manifesting what I am set to do through my journey of life. I’m planning on being more active socially wise through different social medias along with my blog. I am making the effort to ground myself more through things like hiking, walking my dog or riding my bike. I honestly will say that I have lost touch with being active outdoors this past year. Incredibly strange for me to lose touch with nature when it makes me so happy. Another thing is showing more of self love to myself. Obviously I love who I am but not enough that it shows for myself to allow others see that I finally accept myself. As many times I do a tarot spread about what is in store for me for the new year or what I need to do for myself and its literally about me. It straight out tells me how I need to work on myself, push the things I want out there, I need to go out in nature more often, and I need to maintain my balance in my soul and energy. 

This is a step by step pursuit but I know if I keep pushing I will succeed. Nothing ever happens over night and by damn if it happens really quick. With patience and making things a habit, sure enough in time things will begin too manifest that you will most likely conquer your goals. I’ve bought a daily planner journal and another book to help me keep track. Also posting on social media is a way to remind myself to keep track of my progress. How else will I continue to push and motivate myself to keep striving for the best I can be without any sort of documentation? I have a bunch of stuff to do but literally need a way to organize it all.

After this little talk and how New Years is a way to change habits from the start, always make your resolutions small enough that it doesn’t stress you out or make it hard for you to stay with it. Think small. Think of things you can do easily. Now if it’s becoming healthier or working out then sometimes having a partner or a coach or something to make you accountable for proceeding to make healthier lifestyles. All things are doable, it’s just how to go head on with the situation.

We Will Conquer 2020

Year 2020 is upon us. With a little over two weeks left of the year 2019, it is important that you make 2020 the year you want. What I mean by that is make sure you leave this year with anything you don’t want to bring in. If you don’t want to bring toxic friends, family, or simply the place you’re in, DON’T BRING IT! It’s okay to cut off ties. Why would you want to bring something that physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually draining? STOP IT! Now to create the year you want, you have to put in work. Change starts with you. You have to put in the work to change it, no one else can do it for you. You can talk to supportive people, psychologists, life coaches and so on, the list goes on, but you need to change your mindset first. You have to be willing to change. Without that change from you, you can buy any help from anyone and it still wouldn’t help unless you push yourself to see the problem and change it. Here is where I come into play and I bet you were wondering what point I’m trying to get to. 

If you couldn’t tell who I was already by the page you’re on reading this, I’m a Reiki practitioner. What I do is help guide you to see the blocks in your life. Yes, we all have blocks in our energy that does need help. If you don’t know what Reiki is well its a Japanese form of energy healing. You, the recipient are channeling the energy through the practitioner. Sounds draining doesn’t it? Well, you’re in luck, it isn’t. I, myself make sure that I am being healed at the same time while you are being healed. Reiki will go where it is needed and can do no harm. With all love and light! 

As the year 2020 gets closer I want to be there for you and make sure you conquer the new year. With great positivity along with the right mindset that will help you push and allow you to make 2020 the year you want. I give you the keys that will unlock your greatest potential. If you only want to work on maintaining your anxiety, I will help balance the chakras needed but also give you tips and ideas on how to maintain it yourself. Every session that is booked from now until January 31, 2020, will get a new year kit to keep yourself on the right cleansed path. This includes, animal reiki, long distance, in person and house cleansing, will receive a small new year kit. Refer someone and receive a little gift.
